The Brief
For Eynsham Hall, Colony101 designed an email template which was flexible enough to be used for promoting the conference services and social event aspects of their business. To achieve this, the template was broken down into two columns; one for the main content and a second to accommodate related imagery from the particular promotion.
Key aspects of the project were:
- A masthead showing off the recent refurbishment work to the Hall's driveway
- Easy for staff to edit and add new content
- A sidebar section for adding related links and images
- A body area flexible enough to accomodate their varying content
- Robust testing across popular email clients to ensure layout consistency
